2. Provide Details: In the email, include the following information:

– Email address associated with your account
– A brief reason for the account deletion request (optional)

3. Confirmation: After receiving your request, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided. Please follow any instructions in the email to verify your request.

What to Expect

1. Processing Time: We aim to process account deletion requests within 7-10 business days. During this time, we may contact you for additional information or confirmation.

2. Data Removal: Once your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems. Please note that this action cannot be undone, and you will lose access to any data or content associated with your account.

3. Impact on Donations and Volunteer Records: If you have made donations or participated in volunteer activities, your historical records will be deleted. We will not retain any information related to your past contributions.

Reactivation of Account

If you change your mind and wish to reactivate your account after deletion, you will need to create a new account. Please contact us at contact@cmvf.org.in
