Many tribal villages in Bharat are eager to have a Mandir of their own to fulfill their religious and spiritual needs. While health and education are vital, spiritual well-being is equally essential.

The Pran Pratishta Ceremony of Shri Sankatmochan Hanuman Mandir was successfully held on 22 June 2026 at Bhangwadi, Chasole Gram Panchayat, Taluka Murbad, District Thane. During the sacred ceremony, the idols of Lord Hanuman and Lord Ganapati were ceremonially consecrated, marking the beginning of regular worship at the newly constructed Mandir.
This is the fifth Mandir established by Citta Mandir Vikas Foundation as part of its mission to strengthen the spiritual and cultural foundations of tribal and rural communities across Bharat.
Located on a plateau about five kilometres from the main road, Bhangwadi is a tribal village where the new Mandir now serves as a center of faith, tradition, and community life. The construction of the temple was made possible through generous contributions from donors, while the surrounding community hall was built through the dedicated voluntary efforts of local villagers.
The celebrations began with a devotional procession of the deities through the village, despite heavy rainfall. Villagers participated with great enthusiasm, reflecting their deep devotion and excitement for the occasion.
The religious rituals and Vedic ceremonies were conducted over two days by experienced priests, with active participation from village families. On the final day, the Kalash Sthapana, Pran Pratishta, and Maha Aarti were performed in the presence of devotees from Bhangwadi and neighbouring villages. The celebrations concluded with the distribution of Mahaprasad to all attendees.
The Foundation also held discussions with the villagers regarding the future management, cleanliness, and preservation of the Mandir, encouraging community participation to ensure that the temple remains a vibrant center of worship and cultural activities for generations to come.
The successful completion of Shri Sankatmochan Hanuman Mandir is another significant milestone in the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to preserve Dharma, strengthen cultural values, and provide spiritual centers in rural and tribal regions. More than a place of worship, the Mandir stands as a symbol of unity, devotion, and hope, inspiring present and future generations.

Citta Mandir Vikas Foundation successfully completed a special initiative of distributing 400 framed images of Lord Ganapati during a Ghar Wapsi (Paravartan) programme held at Shri Gorakshanath Math, Cherwali, Taluka Shahapur, District Thane.
The programme witnessed the participation of nearly 500 Vanvasi (tribal) brothers and sisters, who formally returned to the Hindu faith through traditional Vedic rituals. The event was organised with the support of social and religious organisations working for the preservation of Hindu culture and traditions.
As a gesture of encouragement and spiritual connection, the Foundation distributed Ganapati frames to the participating families. The initiative was made possible through the generous support of donors and well-wishers, enabling the distribution of all 400 frames.
The programme was conducted in a devotional atmosphere with the blessings of revered saints and religious leaders. Devotees enthusiastically participated in the ceremonies, and the event concluded with a renewed commitment to preserving faith, cultural values, and spiritual heritage.
This initiative reflects the Foundation’s continued dedication to strengthening Dharma and supporting cultural and spiritual activities in rural and tribal communities. The Pran Pratishta Ceremony of the newly constructed Shiv Mandir was successfully conducted on Sunday, 22 February 2026 at 10:00 AM, at the serene banks of the Kanakveer River in Pendhari, Waghachi Wadi, Taluka Murbad, District Thane.
The Mandir, built to serve as a spiritual and cultural center for the local tribal community, now stands as a symbol of faith and unity in the region. The sacred ceremony marked the formal consecration of Lord Shiva and the commencement of regular worship at the Mandir.
A large number of devotees, villagers, well-wishers, and supporters actively participated in the ceremony. The atmosphere was filled with devotion and spiritual energy as the first Aarti was performed following the Pran Pratishta. Mahaprasad was served to all attendees.
This successful event reflects the collective efforts and dedication of all those involved in the Mandir construction and community support activities.
