Refund & Cancellation Policy

Citta Mandir Vikas Foundation values the trust and support of its donors and users. This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations and refunds for transactions made on our website.


1. Donations

All donations made to Citta Mandir Vikas Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

Once a donation transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the funds are allocated towards ongoing Mandir construction and community activities.

However, refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect debit

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

Such requests must be reported within 3 (three) days from the date of the transaction.


2. Services or Products (If Applicable)

If the Platform offers any paid services or products:

  • A transaction may be cancelled only if explicitly stated on the Platform at the time of purchase.

  • Once a service has been delivered or a product has been received, refunds will be considered only if the service or product does not match the description provided.

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 (three) days from the date of the transaction, unless a longer period is specifically mentioned on the Platform.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the user must:

  • Submit a written request with clear reasons for the refund

  • Provide transaction details and supporting evidence, if required

4. Refund Approval

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Citta Mandir Vikas Foundation.

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, as per payment gateway policies.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after making a donation

  • Delay caused by third-party payment gateways or banks

  • Incorrect details provided by the user during the transaction
