All donations made to Citta Mandir Vikas Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the funds are allocated towards ongoing Mandir construction and community activities.
However, refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate transactions
Technical errors resulting in incorrect debit
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
Such requests must be reported within 3 (three) days from the date of the transaction.

Once a service has been delivered or a product has been received, refunds will be considered only if the service or product does not match the description provided.
